Our services do not include pesticide application, landscaping, or tree services unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Payments

For paid Services:

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement or required by Mississippi law.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel scheduled mowing services by contacting us at good2golawns@outlook.com at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for prepaid services are not provided unless required by the Mississippi Fair Business Practices Act or at our discretion. Mowing services delayed due to weather (e.g., rain) will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually agreeable time at no additional cost.

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Good 2 Go Lawn Services or its licensor and is protected by Mississippi and federal copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by law.

We stand behind the quality of our lawn mowing services. We’ll promptly review your concerns and work with you to make it right, which may include a follow-up mowing visit at no additional cost or, at our discretion, a partial or full refund, subject to the terms below.

General Refund Policy

Our lawn mowing services are generally non-refundable once performed, as we allocate time, equipment, and resources to complete each job. However, we offer remedies for specific situations to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Service Not Performed: If we are unable to perform a scheduled mowing service due to our fault (e.g., equipment failure), you will receive a full refund for that service or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Weather Delays: If mowing is postponed due to weather conditions (e.g., rain), we will reschedule the service at the earliest mutually agreeable time at no additional cost. No refunds are provided for weather-related delays unless we are unable to reschedule within a reasonable time, as determined by our service agreement.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you notify us within 48 hours that the mowing service did not meet reasonable industry standards (e.g., uneven cuts, missed areas), we will investigate and, at our discretion, offer a follow-up visit to correct the issue or issue a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled mowing service by contacting us at good2golawns@outlook.com at least 24 hours before the appointment. For cancellations made with sufficient notice:

  • Prepaid services will be fully refunded or credited toward a future appointment, at your choice.
  • No fees will be charged for the canceled service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds, as we reserve time and resources for your appointment. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for extenuating circumstances (e.g., emergencies).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases, unless required by Mississippi law:

  • Services completed to reasonable industry standards, as confirmed by our review, even if you have a personal preference for a different outcome.
  • Failure to notify us of dissatisfaction within 48 hours of the service date.
